Our refund policy is 15 – 30 Days (Days of return or exchange depends on the product listed). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, a request has to made within 48 hours after receipt of delivery if purchase is damaged or defective. In addition, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-If any repairs are required, service will be done in accordance with the Manufacturer's warranty.
All other merchandise must meet the following conditions for exchange, store credit or refund:
- Return merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt.
- Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories & manuals.
- Authorized credit card refunds will be applied to credit card used for purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Including Order #). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you should mail your products to: 926 Haddonfield Road #355, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08002 United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 – 5 business days depending on your bank if paid by credit or debit card.
Exchanges (if applicable):
